Welcome

This group is being founded and run to bring people together to celebrate our outdoor winter weather.  Small costs will add up as this gets off the ground, and a group of the Founding 50 is being developed.  The Founding 50 is meant to generate funds meant to offset costs for the upcoming year as other income sources are searched for.  50 people, donating $50.
